The service guy was rude and lied to us. Told him to do an oil change and he never did. The piece of paper said they did but they didn’t. I do not trust them at all. Also took a day and half to change tire out. They are scams.

No need to contact me. My representative is well aware that my review would not have been a good one. I was so happy with my sales experience when I bought my Highlander years ago and had planned on purchasing my next car at Markquart. I have always been happy with the service that I have gotten and have always driven the 150 miles to Markquart to get my car repairs done. I don’t only speak for myself but of my family who live in Eau Claire. After this experience, you lost my business along with my family’s. This all could have been handled so differently by my representative. Randy, you certainly didn’t represent Markquart the way it should have been.
