I had my last oil change at around 22,000 miles. The sticker said to come into for my next change around 27,000 miles. I was told I would get my first five oil changes for free. Today I learned that the 5th oil change needed to be made by 25,000 miles. This was not indicated on the sticker and it was never told to me. I feel like Markquart is just kind of a scam. The front desk people are super nice and helpful but there is always shady activity with the car. I had you fix a crack in my windshield and then on my next visit I was told that it was not fixed well enough to get it washed - I said you fixed it and the guy was a jerk. I will definitely not be using you for service after my warranty is expired. I like Toyota and this is my second car from your dealership and likley the last.
