I was there almost 2 hours to get a routine service done (arrive at 10:25 am for a 10:30 am appointment; left at 12:15 pm after checking out. I was on time. I chose Northcutt for my dealership as it was relatively close to Mooreland. I didn’t know it would consume that time. I had allowed for 1 hour max.
