Gerardo and Jeremy have done an exceptional job trying to resolve. The 99 Toyota Land Cruiser was just picked up today after numerous attempts to make it better than what it was going into your shop. Lexus service department replaced the leaking rack and pinion. The first time I picked it up the vehicle drove like a tank. I returned within minutes of leaving the service lot. It was then recommended to replace the intermediate steering joint. Which I have done. This vehicle no longer steers like a Land Cruiser anymore, the steering is restricted. I would like to bring in another 100 series Land Cruiser so a service manager or mechanical Foreman can test drive both of them to understand how very different my vehicle drives now.

Much better! Last time I was there for a service I had to ask for the car to be washed which was always something done automatically before. Also was wonderful to get into a warmed up car after this service was complete.
