Cory has always been a great service advisor. He gives us fair an accurate assessments and doesn't recommend things we don't need. It's people like Cory that have kept us driving Lexus vehicles since the late 80's.

I liked Lexus more when Rob was still in charge and it was a more “comfortable” business than what it has become…The service people remain great but it has gotten a lot colder in the operation than what I remember from years ago…
Baxter influence did not help…I won’t be buying a car from Lexus in the future…Don’t worry, I didn’t buy that many so you’re not losing much…
