Helped expedite the payment from my warranty company to make sure I got my vehicle back before he left for training. Jesse was great, keeping us informed and explaining things well. He provided a loner when the tires we purchased were going to take longer to put on than the check-up we initially came in for. Our only disappointment was when they put on the new tires, they unhooked the sensors and either forgot to reinstall or broke them, so the indicator said we had no tire pressure. We had to return to get it fixed. All works well now.
