I requested a loaner when I made my appointment online and when I called to confirm. They only had one left and the outside of the car was dirty which is not a problem for me but there was a disposable straw sitting in the drivers seat and when I got home I realized it was almost completely out of gas. I would not have minded waiting a little longer to make sure the loaner was looked through after it had been dropped off previously. My service advisors were all very kind and helpful, definitely not their fault.
