I felt rushed at end. I asked about my seat setting not working for 6 mos and no tech was available. He had to get to his next appointment so I felt like 2nd class citizen. I said what are my options (without) having to drive back to dealership as this has been looked at 2 times since I bought the car with no resolve - he finally offered to help get the tech to my house. He didn’t help me make a tech appt. I had to call reception desk & she supposedly put a note into tech and I have heard NOTHING BACK from Lexus. Is this how you treat customers who spend $80k with you. I am incredibly disappointed and don’t feel I can be a referral for Lexus at this point. I need a personal call back at minimum. Please make this right. Thank you.

Overall the service was excellent. There was one exception, I asked for the dash and windshield to be cleaned (this was once standard service with a service appointment). Unfortunately, they were not cleaned. Additionally, the space inside the door handles was not vacuumed. I have always had great respect for the service department at Lexus. However, these small details may not seem like much but, they are a disappointment from the service once provided when I first became at Lexus customer 15+ years ago. The details matter. Thanks.

Omaha Lexus always does a great job. They always keep me updated on my car’s progress. They gave me a loaner car and when I got sick, they delivered my car and picked up the loaner. You can’t beat Lexus of Omaha for service! They’re the best!
