Bob could have been more forthcoming with the malfunctioning lamp indicator that was reported. He seemed to think there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait till it happened again. This was contrary to advisor’s advice when I first called in. Eventually, he came around with a fix.

I had one of the last appointments of the day/evening. After my service was complete, I got on the highway to drive home and my tire pressure alert came on.
I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come to Inver Grove Honda because of the exceptional customer service (I have another Honda dealer 7 minutes from my house). So it was extremely frustrating to not be able to turn around and address the tire pressure right there.
