Apptmt was way too long. My apptmt was scheduled for 12:45. I didn’t get out of there until 2:30! I was offered a free rental but that’s an additional hassle on my part. I asked for a free oil change/vehicle inspection/tire rotation and Charlie added that to my record. He also offered to install a new battery for my key fob.

I came in for just an oil change and once again got the pressure to replace all fluids on my car that has only 27,000 miles and is garaged for half the year which seems like overkill. He also was snippy with me. I have had Hondas for over 30 years and never experienced so many times of pressure at Inver Grove Honda to upsell and get more money out of me over what I originally intended to have done for service. I also was told 2 hours and was almost 3 hours and almost last person in the waiting room on a Friday afternoon just for fluid changes and inspection of car. Probably will start going elsewhere for future services on my car.
