The service staff was incredibly knowledgeable of the issues and informed me every step of the way. I did not expect to be seen so quickly. Yet they pushed for my vehicle to be done sooner than I expected and saved me from having to make a second trip. Thank you Kris.

The only rather strange thing there was a missing lug nut on the right front wheel which they replaced NC. It is garaged every night and and has never been in a repair shop except a cracked front window was replaced last yr and th 5k maintenance was done in Your shop last year.
