Jason, was a great representative for your dealership. He checked in with the update checklist ahead of schedule. He answered all my questions. I could not have been more pleased with Jason. It was slightly annoying that the mechanics left the oil change light on the dash board display and it took me 5 minutes to get the standard display back up. That is my only complaint.

Our sales guy, Rory came to my house and picked up the car, leaving me a loaner. He brought the car back later, which was really nice. The only glitch is that the issue shouldn't have occurred in the first place. We bought the pre-owned car on Friday and it didn't start on Sunday. the car battery and both fob batteries were dead. That should have been caught and fised before we took the car home.

A week prior to this service ,Tim advised me to fix an oil leak found during a routine service appointment. The leak was impacting the alternator and the goal was to prolong the life of the alternator. Unfortunately, a week later the alternator failed and I had to have the vehicle towed to IG Honda on a holiday weekend. As soon as they opened, Tim called me, confirmed my diagnosis, and not only was he able to have the repair done early on the same day, but he also provided me with a price that was more than fair. I have always had a great experience with IG Honda and their staff and will always recommend them for Honda service needs. Thank you!

Very poor communication. I’m not sure if it’s the new texting and unclear messaging, excuses from Bob or both. I think some adjustments to the system are warranted. I left feeling I had done something wrong. I’m questioning whether I’ll return as a customer, because there are plenty of options that do quality work with great communication. The services performed on my vehicle were good.
