Derrin Dameral hasn’t let me down in the 10 plus years I’ve used him and has provided excellent customer service. I will continue to use Derrin, Katie for service advisors. They’re knowledgeable professionals who treat the customer as an individual. I trust them with my vehicles and trust their judgment. Today I also ran into Evelyn Wood who has been a friend since we’ve purchased our vehicles at Inver Grove Honda in 2010 & 2011. She offered to help in the future if needed. That’s why we’ve continued to use IGH which is 10 miles further than Maplewood Honda. Customer satisfaction is key and these 3 employees provide stellar customer service leaving me with a positive experience and completely satisfied.
