The service representative didn’t seem very friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day. He forgot to print off the inspection report as requested. I never got asked about getting a flower afterwards which is normally a very kind and thoughtful gift. I had to ask for a flower myself afterwards.
The biggest surprise was that he was going to let me out without going over the inspection report with me. I was in the sales show room talking with a saleswoman about a new car when he simple came in with my key fob and told me my car was done and where I could find it. I had to locate him afterwards to get an explanation on what the inspection report said and meant. I expected him to go over this without letting me leave without having a conversation on the results.
