I reserved an appointment online. The confirmation email I received did not have a clear notation of the date. I received no reminder emails. I used chat one morning early in the week to confirm the appt. Chat said that they would refer the inquiry to the service center and the service center would get back to me. At the end of the day when I did not hear from the service center, I contacted chat again. Then I received the phone call confirmation shortly thereafter. I was told the car would be ready no later thant 3:15. It was not done until 3:30. But what I was not told was that I would be contacted on my iphone when the car was ready. I sat out in front of the show room until almost 3:45 when Kris came to get me. He had said when I checked in that he would come and get me in front of the show room where I told him I would be if he could not first locate me in the lobby. When I got the car, all the settings were totally changed. Usually only some of the settings are changed. The seat settings were all changed, the mirrors were all changed, the odometer display was changed, the display for the time and audio was changed.There were dirty foot prints on the driver's seat floor. Not the level of service I usually receive from IGH Honda.
