I was mostly satisfied with my experience. Only opportunity was regarding my appointment time. I had an appointment at 8:45 am but when I checked in, the consultant told me they prefer to have the mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle be the one to work on it and he wouldn’t be in until 11:00. While I was given a loaner vehicle, I still had to adjust my work schedule for the day. Tim was not in when I dropped off my car so dealt with someone else.
