Ive used Darrin for a number of years and trust him with my vehicles. I wish IGH had more service advisers like Darren.

The gentleman assisting me was training a new person at the time and seemed a bit rushed. He did a great job, just didn’t get the comfort vibe like I have with several other employees who have helped me over the years. No complaints, just think he was preoccupied with training a new employee.

It seems our vehicle was forgotten. It took over 4 hours to have new tires put on our vehicle, and we had an appointment. No updates were provided. When we inquired with cashier, no reason was given for why it took so long. When we inquired with a shop worker who came in to get coffee, they were unable to provide any clarity. We were just hoping for an honest and helpful answer at the time. We are longtime customers and we’re extremely disappointed with our service. We appreciated the follow up call later in the evening from the manager. We hope you will continue to provide the excellence service we have received on other visits just not this one.
