I waited for my vehicle to be serviced for 4.5 hrs. Was quoted much less of a time. Was kept updated so I finally had to ask. Was told that there was a vehicle ahead of me from the previous day.
I had my work stuff and didn’t miss anything. But was expecting about half the time.
