Even though I had made the appointment just for oil changed it took 3 hrs for that I was so disappointed with the service. This was the longest time I have waited usually 1 1/2 hours that too long already. I don’t know if I want to go back.

Juan was great through the whole process. There was an issue with my appointment not showing up in the system for some reason, but he made it clear what was going on and created an account and appointment for me to make sure my time wasn’t wasted. He saw that I was going to Wait for my appointment to be finished, but advised me that I would probably be waiting for an hour and a half to two hours. So instead, he told me that I had the option to get a free ride home and he directed me on how to do so.
When picking up my vehicle he made it an easy process and was very kind throughout everything!
