I originally brought my car in to have an oil change. Only after i got home and checked the ticket I saw one wasn’t performed. The inspection also left out many common things in the report. My rest tires are qt the wear marks and that wasn’t included. I have a previous report from the same dealership with multiple things listed. This is not a Toyota quality inspection.

Javier was great. The crew was the problem. They parked the car for over 45 minutes before starting on the service and then parked it again for 45 minutes until I asked Javier what’s the status. He checked and then they started looking into things. 6 test drives and a nail in the tire. Either the crews are over worked or someone should be on top of customer service. I don’t want money or anything. I’ve been in customer service my whole life and you should hire one person that is the face for the customers to talk with. Someone that can get it done and get answers fast. If the problem couldn’t be fixed then someone should have stated this in the first place with honesty and said this will take time to fix and we would rather not have you wait until we can diagnose the issue. I myself could easily make that dealership the best service center in San Diego. Basic management, follow up and organization. Thank you, Marc Benner ****-****-xxxx.
