My Rav 4 is 2021 certified vehicle, I just bought it last year and also bought and extended warranty and as far as I know, I shouldn’t have any problems with the battery ( barely 3 years old) and according to the your salesman battery was inspected before I bought it the car.
How is possible that I had only drive the car for a few 20 k miles and already spent 320 dollars for a battery. And even the mechanic that installed my new battery, he doesn’t understand how is that possible!
Toyota shouldn’t be like that!
Very dissatisfied and I will keep rating you as a bad service and I not consider fair to charge for something that you supposed to certified that all parts working properly
