I specifically asked for the car to be washed and I told the nan I'd be back hours after the time he said it would be ready. When our friends dropped us off to get the car, it hadn't been washed! So, we had to wait for it to be washed.

My only complaint is that the cashiers office misplaced my paperwork and turned a 1 hour job into a 2 hour job.
