Javier was on point got helped pretty quick after arriving considering I didn’t have an appointment…. Javier was able to look up what I need ed done on the spot made things flow quick and easy.. Over all the team at Toyota of Escondido was outstanding from drop off to it getting serviced to the team being help full in the lobby and at the cashiers when I was ready to pay my bill. I was pretty disappointed tho with the fact that they didn’t have the new Corolla on the lot was hoping to maybe check one out …. I think it’s the 86 Corolla Not the scion FRS 86. But yeah thanks.

Not great service. I was told I needed a clamp and it would take 30 minutes more. I waited 45 minutes and sent a text asking when my car would be done after looking up and seeing my car parked in my sight across the parking lot with no one working on it. 15 minutes later I got a text saying it was done though no one had approached it.

My boyfriend has gotten a new car with you guys this past year he is not able to take it in due to work so I’ve always done it for him. I’ve gone about 4-5 times so far and I’ve only had one good experience that being the first time I went. I was out within an hour and called to let know it was done. There is one young lady I recognize and guessing she isn’t to fond of me for reasons that have nothing to do with her workplace I don’t know her name but she recently changed her hair to a little lighter she is always there when I go and is extremely unprofessional with how she talks to me with her tone no eye contact and no complete sentences just “sign this” I walk in the service office everytime saying hi as one does I get greeted in but not by her and she takes over like she wants to “help” me out. Im not one to give bad feed back ever I try to understand that it’s busy or mistakes happen we’re forgetful we’re just humans but it’s come to the point where it worsens everytime and ongoing I’ve had to wait 3-4 plus hours each time I’ve gone and wait for nothing when my vehicle was ready for hours prior which is ridiculous because it’s happened multiple times already where they don’t let me know and yesterday I call because I had seen my vehicle parked already for an hour plus in The front probably longer but I was sitting in the very back it wasn’t visible to me til I moved seating areas I then call to see if it’s ready and the another young lady with curly hair is laughing along with people in the background after she tells me it’s been ready which I don’t find funny I walk In the office seconds after and again laughing as I walk in look at me and stop and struggle to keep their laughs in extremely unprofessional I’ve noticed its the younger ladies they didn’t apologize for having me wait but I wasn’t informed it was ready I had left at 1:30 when I arrived at 9:15..ridiculous. As I said before I recognize one of your workers like I went to school with who continues to give me a hard time I’m not sure why and seems like her coworker/friend who I met yesterday I wanted to ask if I am able to get their names or informed on what will be done about it
