Had a very negative experience today. Woman in the cashier office gave me an attitude and disrespect. Toyota of Escondido has a culture problem. Some awesome employees like McKinley and some terrible ones. I got a call that my vehicle was ready but this girl ordered me to go and come back and got nasty with me when I told her I was told it was ready. My last trip there, I will take my vehicle elsewhere next time.

My husband and I noticed the front of the vehicle with chipped pain last night, 05/03/24. I took in the car for maintenance yesterday morning (05/03/24) at 8:45 am and picked up my vehicle around 10:40 am. The chipped paint area is slightly underneath the Toyota logo, in which it was not there before taking it in for maintenance. I have tried contacting Patrick and the manager in which I hope to hear back from soon.

Never received any call back from Toyota regarding my car. I called twice during the day, left message still no call back. Picked up car was told nothing wrong with my battery. It has drained twice since February obviously something is causing it to drain, but Toyota thinks it’s fine. It’s upsetting taking in my car and being told that nothing is wrong with it. Overall horrible customer service.
