I arrived first thing in the morning and was the first car to pull in, they took my car at 7am and I didn’t get it back until 9:30am, I think it’s unacceptable that it took 2.5hrs to complete an inspection and oil change. Then when I got to my car, the back window wiper had been engaged and it dragged dirt all over the back window which made it difficult for me to drive. I was about to get onto the freeway when I left and had to stop to windex and clean my back window. At the very least when I drop off my car for service and they use the wipers to test, please clean the windows before returning my car. While I was waiting, I took a walk around the lot to look at the new tundras which I’m looking to buy, not one person said hello to me or asked if I needed any help. I passed by many of your employees, including the ladies who work the front showroom desk.

My service advisor Anthony Henderson was awesome.he was attentive to me and offered me a warranty that he thought would help me.i didn't want it but he went out of his way to explain it to me.i asked for his card so next time I come in he can help me.if all the service advisors are as good as him then you should have no problems
