Alex helped me out with my Tacoma roughly 2 weeks ago. He was very helpful with my questions in regards of a coupon I received in the mail. Alex showed great professionalism. He spoke clearly and didn't show behavior of not wanting to be at work. Alex also offered some recommendations for my truck before wrapping up the service. Alex personally went to get my vehicle from the parking structure instead of having someone else retrieve my vehicle. to me Alex shows great leadership and great work ethic. In the past I have waited outside workers cubicles that are all windows. Alex stopped what he was doing to attend me to pick up the vehicle. Very fast and efficient. I would probably request window 7 again if Alex is there in the future.

This service was completely unplanned.The battery light came on on my truck and the owners manual said to immediately stop driving and call the manufacturer, which I did. I spoke with Mckinley who was curteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He made an appointment for me and said to see him as soon as I arrived. This was on a Saturday afternoon so i knew I would be without a vehicle for a few days. Luckily, the issue was addressed and I had my truck by Monday afternoon, which I greatly appreciate.
