It would be nice to know the approximate time I would have to wait. My tire rotation, wind shield wiper blade replacement took an hour and 45 minutes. Also, on the text that I received that my car was ready, I got this:
IT'S DONE NOW WE HAVE TO FINISH THE PAPER WORK. Since when do you SHOUT at your customers? Jose was nice, but I felt he should learn better Customer Service. I did not have these issues with other service reps.

Chris is an outstanding service advisor! Very friendly, experience, and listens very well. Chris never made me feel like I did know what I was talking about regarding the problem I had with my vehicle. If he doesn’t know the answer to something he doesn’t come up with the answer he would tell me he was going to ask and he would get back to me. That shows me that I can trust him with my vehicle and I can make a knowledgeable decision regarding my vehicle.
