McKinley was great. He was able to figure out my pre-payment plan issue that the last Toyota dealership technician was unable to figure out which caused me to have to pay out of my own pocket. McKinley was able to figure it out and make sure I was able to use my coverage.

Our appointment was at 8:30 and the car was not looked at until well after 12 noon. So why have an appointment. Also, when I made the appointment I wanted someone to listen to the noise coming from the wheels; probably a wheel bearing but this was not done. My wife even mentioned the noise when dropping off the car.
As for the alignment, the “after” numbers are exactly the same on the right front as the before and still veers to the right slightly.
