They forgot about our car. They said it will take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to change the oil. I came back about 2 hours later. The car was still sitting in the same spot I left it. I asked them about it and each person was passing the buck. They then moved the car and put it in the line for the oil change.

Christopher was outstanding! He took the time to thoroughly listen to my concern with troubleshooting my Scion. Got back to me on coupons to help with the cost and empathized by telling me a personal experience his mother had at Evan’s tires where the failed in workmanship with her vehicle as I did after replacing my link stabilizers with aftermarket parts that almost wrecked my front end suspension.
