Mae apparently left work because she was sick? Apparently she left her customers to someone else? I was left hanging and waiting at Toyota for 5 hours while she had told me my vehicle would be ready in 2. Took 3 calls to the customer service desk to get any answers. I was very disappointed and upset. 23 year customer and this was one of my most negative experiences at the service department.
