I don't mind waiting for the service advisor to be honest, courteous, and polite. I genuinely appreciate your interactions, the service guys are working on the coffee machine to custodial work, and there is an excellent front desk/phone receptionist at ro cashers dept- service overall, from sales to industry-top-level customer service. Car wash broken…again! Or still? Also, when I brought my car in the previous time. The person helping me said (AFTER the service) that I could purchase two more services for around $100 but then she told me that that wasn’t the case today so whether it’s true or not the story needs to get straight in what you tell your customers. The wait was 1/2 hour when I brought it in this morning. Clearly I was in the wrong line! (You DID ask!)
