I had anappointment. It took 20 minutes to get checked in when I aabout it. I was told that it was done by the number. , not thanked for my patience…or apologies for the delay. Told it would take two hours, as I was returning at one hour and 50 minutes, anticipating my car to be almost done, that is when I got the text asking for authorization for the service. At that time I was told of additional recommendations for services beyond the expected oil and filter change. At that point I didn’t have time to complete the other services. Then waited another 30 minutes to get my car. So it was over 2 1/2 hours to get an oil filter and change and I did not feel the check-in or the checkout or timely and did not get my evaluation for potential services timely. I guess they’re too busy. I will try a different dealer.

The tires were rotated but no one bothered to check the pressure of all four tires. The low tire pressure warning light came on because one tire was six pounds lower than the other tires and we had to take it to Discount Tire to have them properly inflate the tires which solved our problem. All of that hassle could have been avoided if someone had done their job properly to begin with. Please be more diligent and professional!
