Jose is always great to work with! He always goes the extra mile to ensure all my questions are answered. Today, Jose wasn't even assigned to me as my service manager, but he recognized me from previous visits and asked how I was doing. I had some follow up questions from my service and since my actual service manager was no where to be found, Jose answered them for me and got me scheduled for another visit for one of our other Toyota vehicles we own. I'm pleased with the quality of service. John Suckling is an excellent service advisor and keeps you informed on the status of your service. I was disappointed that the dealership no longer accepted the Costco 15% discount. It would be nice if the dealership would start accepting the Costco 15% discount to give customers a little break due to the high labor costs.
