Well I expected some difficulty and was glad the lines weren't busy. The negative comments on yelp reflect the negative experiences I have had. In particular you have a double check in system where people get in line but others bypass the system by walking up to someone and people in line get in line. But that didn't happen today it wasn't busy. it was free I didn't have any issues but also. So I was going to decide whether to keep Escondido and I will. McKenzie was great. Fantastic attitude. Very clear. I'll plan to pick up the extended coverage of some remaining services. You're waiting environment is good even though I chose to walk down to the Mediterranean Restaurant Ali Baba which is fantastic. Please provide some cold clean water from a dispenser.

Dear Leadership of Service Dept Who ever is supervisor for Patrick Kelly should be written up as they have failed this employee in a significant way. Mr. Kelly is apparently exhausted and in need of support from his leadership team which has failed him so badly it is showing in his day to day with customer service. In dealing with him I can see he is not only good at his job but very knowledgeable yet has been worn down so badly he is unable to hide his frustrations which means out as impatience with his customers, a triteness and a failure to connect in a personalable way and a general lack of empathy. As an executive director in healthcare I know what lack of support looks like and how it can lead to burnout. Mr Kelly is obviously a valuable employee and although my experience with him was not pleasant it was .. professional. Which leads me to ask - who has failed him in this system or what about life has ground him down so badly he can not connect with another human. This always leads back to his supervisor .. it is always the boss not the employee and even if it is personal dealings it is still the boss who has failed to connect with his and show him the support he needs. It is obvious he is valuable and professional so I urge his leadership to dig deep and save this experience before it is too late and he will have to be replaced with someone who knows less and creates a hole of knowledge that will ultimately affect your whole operation. To reiterate Mr Kelly may not have been pleasant but he was professional - he was not kind or patient but he was knowledgeable and he “got the job” done and went the extra mile by waiting past his hours when my Uber driver missed multiple exits causing me to be 15min late on a day this man worked beyond 8 hrs. He did nothing wrong - yet it is clear in his voice in his mannerisms and his words that he is incredibly unhappy. I hope this letter helps to create an opportunity for the company to see how they can make his life better rather than a reprimand.

What a rip off!!! The truck just needed a gas cap and I feel because the check engine light came on, the techs looked for anything to charge up the bill. We paid $185 and had no service done. I tried to stop the inspection since my husband dropped the truck and I had no idea that it would be a rip off. Took it and got a gas cap and replaced the reverse lights ourselves. We used to have faith in service but looking for things to make an easy fix into almost $1000 is ridiculous and absurd. Shame on the service department. I can’t believe it. We won’t be coming back.
