When I picked my car noticed that a wire is unpluged and hanging below the dashboard and there is a broken part of wich I beleve is sometimg alarm related. Unfortunely it was 6:00 pm and they were already closed by the time I noticed. I am 100% sure that the car was not that way. I don’t know if I will helped with that or they will said I can not prove it was not like that, but obviously I wouldn’t think that would happen or I would take a video and pictures before taking the car to them. I will try next bussines day to talk to them; I hope we can solve this in a good way.

I had an appointment to get an oil change done at 12:15 came earlier at 12 did not leave till 4:30. Asked for a car wash twice and never got one. Essa Melendez was my service person but mainly dealt with one of the guys that gave me a number for the car.I don't know this persons name but told him I wanted a car wash twice just to make sure he said okay and was not very communicative when I asked him what was going on with my car nor apologetic. After 4 and half hours I got my papers to sigh. And was frustrated I felt that even the women in the seemed irritated with me because I wanted to get my papers to sign and leave. Just over all really unprofessional. I have to say Essa was the only one who was apologizing for the wait.
