I feel like I been scammed, paid for a service and not have my truck fixed I feel that the mechanic should be more accurate on his diagnosis what needs to be done in order to fix the problem and not guessing. We the customers pay to getting our vehicle fixed not for guessing to see if something works.
I feel unsatisfied customer but still I appreciate for the job done to my truck.
