Juan **** was excellent. He explained everything to me with 2 follow up calls. The only issue I have (not with Mr ****) is that I was almost talked into additional parts and additional labor costs. I knew my transmission was not going out. The adjustments made to the issue I was having did clear out the check engine light and I was able to smog certify my car after picking up my vehicle. No further parts or service were required after all. Juan was very courteous and helpful but thank gawd I didn't fall for the additional parts I was asked to purchase.
