I made an appointment for an oil change nearly 2 weeks in advance. I arrived on the scheduled time/date and it took 2 1/2 hours. As a self-employed plumber, that depends on my Tacoma for doing business, I just don’t have that much time to lose for a simple oil change. That’s why I made an appointment and did not walk in. It may have been a busy day, but someone should’ve been ready to quickly change my oil and get me back out on the road.

Well my truck wasn't properly looked over after a collision . It's been back to the shop 3 times already . Since the beginning I told them that I did not want the vehicle to total it , but they thought it was a simple fix and get it out of the shop. Now after they fixed the steering the frame is bent . Since the beginning the frame had to be measured after a crash the first thing the team should do is measure it before anything. Javier at times wouldn't be at the office I couldn't reach him for 2 weeks . They kept saying someone else was in charge which was chris for toyota of escondido . If it was a regular customers car they would say more is broken so they can get more money but wont do it to insurance .insurance could easily pay of the car. That's why I pay premium full coverage. Now I'm with out a car since June. They need to check really 2double check cars after collisions .
