When I left, I was not happy with leaving without a receipt because the computers don’t always work on Saturdays. Part of the oil change “deal” is to have you car cleaned. With all three oil changes I have had there, never once has this been done. The company shouldn’t do have a job just because it’s Saturday. On my way home, I realized they didn’t even out the sticker on the windshield. I called them the next week, Kevin immediately emailed me the invoice. Shortly after he sent me an email saying he put the sticker in the mail. Kevin was very nice! Also I bought the Premium Plan for maintenance on the car. Other employees kept telling me that I pnly had 4 oil changes and what my balance was. Kevin actually took the time to search that I had oil changes until 11/2029. Big difference! Why did I have to beg to get have the correct info seen with my account. Pride Hyundai needs to do a better job in that department. I don’t feel confident when I leave that bldg. I always make appointments, the first visit they wanted to keep me there for about 4 hours because some came in with a problem with their car-not my problem I had a scheduled appt. The second time was less time l? But that’s when I was given wrong info about the oil changes. She wouldn’t check on it. The third time, I was out in 45 minutes, but computer was working. The day I bought my car, it was so dirty, no gas, the sales woman was at another dealer concerning another buyer. She had them so the car correctly, a couples of hours later it was done. I had taken the afternoon off to pick up my car. Ended up spending it o. The dealership. Where’s the compensation or the company’s correction to such inconveniences??

The treatment I received at my appointment to check the car's engine was bad. The young man who attended to me was very rude and did not give me a sufficient explanation of the engine problem, even though I had a 6-year warranty on my vehicle.

DAVID was very polite helpful ask many questions about my car when I first brought it in to have the oil changed to check the tires, the alignment and the general condition of the car since I was going on a four hour driving trip which I haven’t been in a while. Which was gonna be in the next day but but I didn’t make it back for three or four days because I was watching an old lady whose daughter and son-in-law were in Florida for a week so she was watching the news and was a wreck so I needed to go over there and keep her company so I did bring the car in I got the tire put on with no problems. I checked to see if they had checked the alignment yes and everything was fine. David was a very very nice young man and I thought I was gonna have to wait a while. It took a little over an hour, the car was finished .
