There was a lack of communication as to why my vehicle was coming in. My husband was dropping it off as I was at work, and We were bringing it in for a diagnostic and oil consumption check for 1000 miles,. The only service they did was change the oil and start the process over again at my cost. I had to pay for two oil changes to start this process. And the service member put the blame on my husband for not understanding when it was the issue of their system being down and the record of my oil change, not being in their system. I am not returning to the dealership.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall that involved a weatherproof spray for the undercarriage. When I looked it over, it seems like 50% of the area wasn’t touched. Idk what your guidelines are, but I would have simply skipped the whole process altogether if I knew what the outcome would be. I’m happy with my vehicle, and it’s likely I’ll consider another Hyundai.

since you [] know my vehicle type details; [] know the date & time of my appt; [] you should have pre-ordered/reserved required parts; i arrived at 08:30; promised 1hr service; @ 10:30 i had to ask my status, as i was waiting; I would have prefered to have been informed about part out of stock.. THEN i expect to have option to decide what to do ! at approx 11:00, i finally got car... wasted my Saturday schefules Very disappointed. You could also higher staff the CustService desk!

Brittany Reardon was very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to work with her. However, I have not received any response from Hyundai regarding reimbursement for the rental car we needed while we waited for the Hyundai repair. We have submitted a request to them.

It was a process to have to change out an engine but the service team was great and helpful. I was shocked at how fast it was once Hyundai approved the swap - that being said there were a lot of hoops to jump through. The Kona is a nice car but for the last 2 years it was a nightmare burning oil , multiple service appts and overall not really getting a worry free new car experience.
