This time went better. This was the third separate problem we’ve had in the six weeks since we purchased the vehicle. Hopefully, this is it .

This entire situation has been the most miserable experience I have ever had in a retail/service environment. Full stop. The car is an absolute lemon and Pride has done nothing to go to bat for our family. I look forward to never having to go to Pride, let alone recommend them. Terrible across the board.

I did my recall and after getting a notice I asked service if I need to bring it in again. They checked and said yes. I brought it in and after waiting an hour was told the recall was already done. I took time off work for a complete waste of my time.
