I am not satisfied with my experience, replacement tires, or the lack of communication. Well, I really like Phillip and I do not feel that it is his fault. I was told that I would be receiving the same tires that were placed originally on my UX 250 H. That is not what I received. I received a Lower profile tire 225 40 RX 18 instead of225 50 RX 18. Phillip explained to me that this is what they have on file as original replacement. That did not match what I found on your website when I looked up the tire replacements equivalent original on Lexus site. I am disappointed because this lower profile tire is more susceptible to damage from potholes and hitting curbs . I don’t normally hit curbs, but we live in Colorado, where there are a lot of potholes. I am discussing this further with my husband to determine how we are going to manage these tires. Phillip advised me they could special order what we wanted, but I’m not sure that we would be charged more. When I came in for my 35,000 mile maintenance I asked Phillip to have my tires reviewed for remaining tread as I felt I was close to needing new tires. He reached back out to me that same day and said they were nearing the cut off time and I needed a front end alignment, which of course we always need with new tires. My car wasn’t done that day. Phillip was off the next day and it was very difficult to get a hold of any of the team members in service. The voicemail was full. The chat option was Not helpful. And I ended up staying in Colorado Springs much later trying to find out if my vehicle would be finished ,for reference I live in Woodland Park and work in Colorado Springs. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, there was much confusion and I didn’t want my vehicle rushed nor was I available to pick up on Saturday morning as I had a funeral To attend out of the city. What I thought would be a one day turnaround turned Into four days without my vehicle. I did have a loaner And I am appreciative of that. It’s not the amount of days, it is the frustration of minimal communication and then not receiving the tires that I thought I had agreed to.

Overcharged for an incorrect diagnosis, then charged for a repair that didn't fix the issue. My vehicle was returned with a flat tire on top of everything else. Truly dissatisfied with the lack of moral business ethic displayed by your Service department. Only good part of the experience was the service liason Roberto, he was very professional

We asked for new clips to be put in the dash so it wouldn't gape open. We Don know if it was done or not because 5 miles down the road, the same thing happened. Coming 5 hours from Cedaredge CO, swinging by to get it fixed is not an option, it's a planned trip. So we had to keep heading home.

Great Service from Rob! He helped me with a sharp loaner, worked with my third party insurance and he even found a concave mirror that came off in the car wash. My only “negative” comment is that I had to reset all of my radio & Sirius settings and I lost my trip odometer settings because the battery must have been disconnected. It would be nice to have had a battery tender on the car during the service - if possible - to maintain those settings. Overall great service from Lexus of COS.

It took almost an hour before taking in my car for service past my appointment time of 9:30 AM. Time car went in was 10:21 AM. this is after an appointment was canceled after an hour and a half. It's over an hours drive one way to the dealership and no loaner car was available.

We did not need an alignment had that done last oil change and also we did not want or need windshield wiper blades. For this service 120,000 there was to much to do and Billy said he could not send me all the things from his computer so we could look it over. We had stuff we didn’t need so we paid extra. I don’t understand why the computer program could not do this. Especially when I really only wanted an oil change but needed this service I guess.
