Chad Royal was-& has always been-very professional and accommodating of my situation with my (3) kids. But my car continues to have problems. Just 4 days after having picked up the Acadia, the power steering not working message shows up, and then the engine is making sounds like the radiator fan is going—like it’s overheating. (This has been an ongoing problem since the summer. And it’s always the same sequence: of issues: the power steering msg comes up. Then the fan blowing. And next the engine light comes on. The thermostat was changed in September. The last week the radiator was addressed).
I’ll be calling tomorrow to inform the service department.
