Drew was amazing. Extremely communicative and attentive. I appreciate his help and the video the mechanic sent. It’s still be a tough experience, buying a new-to-me car and having so many issues right from the beginning though. I do appreciate Drew’s willingness to help and fit me in. The only negative experience at this time is having issues with a truck I spent several thousand dollars on in less than 500 miles. Hopefully it’s the end.

He explained thoroughly what work would need to be done and explained future work. I truly appreciate Joseph and Drew's courteous behavior towards me.

Zach is always nice, but having one agent that can answer my questions proved to be extremely frustrating. I brought my car in at 7:30am for a simple software update for the recall. I called at 2pm when I was suppose to get out of work and instead of answering about the progress on the car by the answering agent, they transfered me to Zachs voicemail. I left a message and didn't hear back. So I called at 3:30pm, working late since I couldn't go home without my car. Again, the answering agent would simply help answer, they said they would send an email. Again, nothing for over an hour. I finally got a simple text just before 5pm saying the car was done. I had to call to setup the Lyft ride there. I finally got to the dealership at 5:30 and I was going to be late to an appointment at 6:30. I stood at Zachs desk waiting for him to finish assisting the previous customer. It wasn't until I got on the phone with my husband to help me make my appointment that someone else finally noticed me waiting and assisted me. Everyone was super nice but the process your company has with making it so difficult to communicate with the customers made me so late to my appointment I ended up having to cancel. A simple software fix shouldn't have turned into an 11 hour ordeal. To this day, I still don't understand why it took so long as I was never able to discuss this with Zach and apparently nobody else is able to help me. Please change your policy...
