15k miles on vehicle. Scheduled appointment, then told no loaner vehicle. Rescheduled for a week later. Called 2 days before stating no vehicle. Would take up to 5 days to diagnose electrical issues. Scheduled oil change at same time.Got a car on Mon. No communication until Friday. Said they had been checking it, but I get alerts for car and had none until Friday. Reminded Zach of 15k mile oil change, yes, yes, that will happen. Said there was battery issue would try and fix. Found out through text Saturday it was fixed. I was out of office, came by Wed to see what happened. Battery replaced under warranty which is good. No oil change. Could do oil change on Oct 8. This is horrible service. No remorse. My time is not valuable.

Things started off well, but after a certain point I just wasn’t treated thoughtfully. I wonder if the continued poor treatment was because the service advisor didn’t want to give me bad news, so avoided updating me or answering my questions, and then knew I wasn’t happy so decided it wasn’t worth it to try? Regardless, I’m very disappointed with my experience.

No one able to communicate anything to me while my truck was there. First I was told it’d be ready on a Friday. Then when I called Friday, I was told maybe the following Tuesday. Never heard anyone so I called three times Wednesday and never got a hold of anyone. Was told on Thursday it would be later that day or the next. No one again until I called Friday night and they told me noon on Saturday. I showed up at noon Saturday, and it still wasn’t ready! I was completely in the dark and this was a warranty issue too, not a planned scheduled maintenance. Additionally, the problem still seems to be occurring which means your team didn’t even do their jobs and I’m going to have to come back down.

Two days to diags and wouldn't provide loaner car. Told I would be called on Saturday and no one contacted me. Text got no response. I called on Monday and told car hasn't been looked at 8 vehicles in front of it. Broughr it in on Thursday 8:30am, 5 days and still 8th in line? Knew it was going to be a circus when showing up for appointment, one guy on the phone, 2 others discussing gardening, I go to the one sitting looking at the computer and was told Zach will take care of me, "he is the one on the phone". Go back to Zach and doesn't look up from the phone but isn't saying anything into the phone. After a minute says he will be with me without looking up. 2 minutes he says "I have to go, bye" and hangs up. Then wants to gaslight me by saying the wireless charger wasn't replaced, was a software update last time. Asked him why did the have my car for 4 days and call me after day one saying they will need the car longer since part was ordered. Asked Zach if it takes 4 days to push a software update to a car? The answer was yes. Whoever is reading this, would you like this level of service?
