I don't know if you really want to hear my opinion but I left a very frustrated customer with no desire to come. I initially made an appointment for a 2013 Hyundai that I had just purchased from AutoNation Subaru because they didn't address the recall before selling it to me. I then had issues within the first week with my car losing power and not accelerating. I did appreciate what seemed like extra effort taken to replicate the issue. Unfortunately no codes were able to be pulled so the issue wasn't fixed. The parts needed to fix my recall also needed to be ordered so I was going to have to bring my vehicle back to be fixed. Within 3 days I had issues with my car again so we called and brought it back in that Monday morning. They found the issue because the check engine light was triggered after this rounds event. I was given the quote to fix and informed them of the protection plan and that it should cover the cost. There was minimal communication over the next two weeks. The final communication was that the part hadn't even been ordered. We gave up just said forget it. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and the amount of time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my friends or family.

Spark plug change was quoted as $350 by Drew on 2020 SanteFe. At the appointment record showed diagnostic on a Tuscan. After spark plug change price was $404. Than another 2% $8 was added for credit card. We were not given prior notifications to bring a check or debit card. Car would not be released until we paid $414 even though I asked if i could bring a ck to reverse the CC charge. My request was denied. Bottom line we were not given prior notice there was a fee for using a CC.bad business policy.

I was not satisfied with my experience at planet Hyundai Even though I had a pre-scheduled service appointment that was booked in advance. The service technician threatened to keep the car over the weekend. The procedure that we were having done was a simple swap of headrests. I feel that that would take any time at all and given the fact that I had booked an appointment should have been a simple procedure. Nevertheless, I waited in the lobby for well over 2 and 1/2 hours.
