The service rep was friendly and efficient with getting me checked in and out once he was able to do that. He was also very helpful in assisting me in obtaining a new battery for my key fob. I have no concerns regarding my service rep’s performance. However, there were not enough service reps to assist incoming customers so I had to wait quite awhile to even get checked in. This is a management problem and no reflection on the service rep. The oil change took much longer than expected or I wasn’t informed in a timely manner that my vehicle was ready. I had to go down to the service area to check on the status 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. There also needs to be a much better option for parking vehicles that are finished with their service. My car was blocked in front, behind, and to the right with very limited room to maneuver around them. I was grateful that the gentleman who helped with getting cars was present to help direct me out. The remodel of the facility is beautiful. The customer waiting area needs more work stations with access to power. Otherwise it was comfortable and inviting.

I never received an up date on my car. I had to call twice and had to leave a message twice. The person who took my call the 2nd time finally sent an email to my service rep. It took a half hour before he called me. It was almost to late to pick it up be for closing time at 6. I took my car in at 9:30 for a 10:15 apt. It was like they assumed they could keep my car. I work and I need my car to get there. I was supposed to have Zachary but Joseph Shirley checked me in today. I just don't get the non-customer service. I've experienced this more than once.

Car was not repaired after I left it there for 2 days because they did not get to it on day 1 even though it was there at 7:30am. Once they got to it on a Saturday the part was not in so they ordered it and it should be there in 2 weeks. This is a repair covered under warranty and frustrating that I now need to take it back in and leave it there again. Not happy!

Made appointment early 8:15am to get car back within a ~hour, but was told needed to leave car there all day for software update. If I had know this I would have made appointment in the afternoon. Had wife pick me up and she came at 9:30am and saw car was still not being serviced, don’t understand why I had made appointment if to be serviced at more than an hour perhaps even 5 hours later.

The first time I came was not so great it took 7 days to check my headlights and change my oil was not happy at all. But when they finally realized it was a warranty issue and I finally was able to get them replaced it took a half a day that was a good thing , I was very pleased
