I waited for 3 hours for an oil change to be done… when I called to find out why it was taking so long the service rep told me he didnt see the paperwork that my car was done and it had been sitting on his desk. I really wish that I was told as soon as my car was finished and not had to wait as long. :(

The only issue that I had is that I had asked to be contacted about the cost of the repairs. The information that I was able to access through the link showed a total due under $40. However, when I got there to pick up my car, the total due was over $300.

Thank you. The trunk rattle, after three visits, is now fixed. I do understand this is a design deft/-yhat’s why it took extra time. Given the frequency of this specific problem with the I5, I suggest you keep these parts in stock. I don’t know if you keep ICCUs in stock. It would be great if you did.

My appointment was at 11am and it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It was explained as I was leaving that they were short handed. What's the point of an appointment if it takes that long. Why isn't there communication that there may be a long wait when checking in?

It took 48 hours to get any update on my car. My car wasn't touched for the first 24 hours. Don't schedule an appointment if you are not ready to look at it. It is a huge inconvenience for the customer.
