Zac did a great job in meeting our complicated needs. Very happy with his professional service.

Good service and explanations.
Lyft service is less than ideal…. Liked the drivers of days gone by!

Andrew explained the process on why my vehicle did not require any adjustments. One of the few times a service was performed without any charges.

Andrew was very helpful. He explained why the service dept needs to keep my car for at least 24 hours to properly diagnose an AWD warning light. He also walked me upstairs to show me the new remodeled facilities and waiting area.

I'm having a hard time understanding why it took an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. It did not take even half that time last service appt.

All of the warranty work was done well. My only need is that I had shown the gentleman who checked me in that I had a tear in part of the skid plate under the car, and I wanted to know what my options were. This didn’t happen until I came to pick up the car and asked Ethan about it. He has a tech look at it and give an estimate. Ended up fine!

I had a poor experience at my visit for a few reasons. The initial timing was good, they called me to say my car was ready around the time they told me it would be ready. However when I went to retrieve my car, they brought out the wrong one. Then they told me they couldn’t find my car and proceeded to look for about another 20 minutes while I stood outside. Finally they told me to go back inside while they sorted it out. At one point they came to tell me they found my car and part of my key, but we’re still looking for the other part of the key. Again I waited. I was also getting a key programmed that day so I told them I needed to leave asap for an appointment and if they key wasn’t programmed yet, I would bring it back another time. After about another 20 minutes they told me my car would be done soon because someone was programming the key (which again I did not have time for and expressed clearly with them). I ended up leaving the appointment 50 minutes after they called to tell me my services were complete. I was late to my work appointment, which resulted in a loss of income. I will say the man I worked with was very pleasant, but the experience was honestly very chaotic and disappointing.

Joseph did not respect that I had indicated that my mechanic would take care of the things he indicated the vehicle needed. He pressed after I had said what we would like done.
In addition, it was not believed when I said the estimate was too high. Then, it wasn’t until I said I would take it somewhere else that he went back and checked again and the estimate was $400 less. Do these customer service reps get a commission? If so, that affects their treatment of customers.
I think this is the second or third time I’ve brought in for recalls and the experience is less than satisfactory.
This part is not on Joseph. With the number of recalls Hyundai sends, it seems like one or two a year, it seems like the cars are unreliable and a racket to get the car into the shop and suggest as many charges as possible. This number of recalls and how this is all handled will prevent us from purchasing a Hyundai in the future.

I will say one thing, I appreciate the kindness everyone at the dealership provided to me, When approached about the repairs on my vehicle I feel as if it was a bit deceptive to claim Hyundais OEM Left Lower Control Arm on order would cost over 1000 dollars, When doing my own research and shopping on Hyundai’s OEM part listings the part was only selling for 200-400 dollars, even for both sides. I also wish my repair reciept had hours listed so I could know how much the mechanics (non specialty) were charging. I hope you can treat other customers a little better, especially the folks who can’t afford to drop over 3 grand on a repair. Thanks!

This has nothing to do with the individual. I really miss the color chart that was presented to car owners when doing oil checks especially. I budget for repairs and like to knowing that my brakes would probably need work. The next time I came in or that I needed to have my tires replaced at a certain point. I missed that evaluation of my car.

My be home was completed and didn’t know about it until an hour later. The service guy sent a text message that I did see until an hour after it was sent. When I finally noticed the message I went to the desk and the guy said oh yeah your cars ready. I asked if he went up to the waiting area to let us know and he said “no, I have been busy.” If I didn’t go to the desk who know how long my kids and I would have been sitting there.

My car was supposed to be looked at within 2 days. I called several times to get ahold of someone and I didn’t receive a call until a week later. The wiring harness for the taillights is a 10 minute job and you wanted to charge over $200 in labor. Additionally, I only had issues with the outer taillight/brake light bulb but the tech insisted I needed the backup wiring harness replaced as well which was just a way to try to get more money from me. The taillight harness should be replaced under warranty but you wouldn’t do it since apparently I have to wait for the bulb housing to actually melt and create a fire hazard vs. proactively fixing it. There’s clearly and issue since I have to replace the outer taillight/brake light bulbs every month.
