It took 3 times in service to find problems. But the main frustration for us is lack of communication. I have to call and leave messages or I hear nothing. Problem for those of us that have other things going on in life besides sitting and waiting for a phone call.
Other than that service was good. Joseph was very patient and explained the issues with our car well.

I drove from Pennsylvania to visit our daughter in Denver, while driving we heard a noise on drivers side rear of Tucson. I took our car there today and told them the problem. I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive back home to Pa. Within in a few minutes I was told a shock was leaking and it was safe to drive back home. My wife and I thank you for your professional service and even washing our Tucson, thanks to all involved.
